I AM HERE (2024)

Mother and daughter, Alicia and Scarlett, explore Alicia's experience with the menopause and her artistic practice that grew from it, encouraging other women to speak out, create and find empowerment during this complicated time. The film weaves multiple time periods: the present day, Alicia originally creating the piece in St Ives and archive family videos to create a vibrant portrait of not only a woman finding herself and her voice, but of a mother and daughter.
